The construction of highly complex bridges presents geometric challenges where standard hardware fails. In this project, the primary obstacle was a steel plate embedded between two other plates, making it impossible to use conventional fittings to anchor fork terminals without altering the pre-existing structural base.

Our Solution: We supplied 1,000 stainless steel wire rope stays and developed a unique detail engineering solution. Our technical department designed and manufactured a specialized internal-assembly, modular clevis pin. This component was engineered to be installed piece by piece inside the embedded plate, achieving perfect mechanical fixation without requiring additional welding.
