Cables Estructurales has its own technical department for the custom design of cable systems, bar systems and all the necessary accessories, depending of the requirements requested by our customers. We cover all phases of a project, from preliminary drawings, through 3D/CAD design, theoretical calculations and practical tests, to manufacturing and delivery.

Cables Estructurales has his own technical department in charge of loading and tensioning of the cable systems when the demands of the project require it, using for this work, approved tensiometers and hydraulic jacks adapted to the requested load tension. The loading of the cable systems is carried out by means of a double verification system, in order to achieve the required tensions with greater accuracy. The works are completed with the issuance of a report with the updates made with the certification of tensioning
